Tracy specializes in optimizing support, collaboration and efficiency, and has done so for more than 25 years. Her greatest fulfillment in life—both personal and professional—comes from pursuing relationships, compassion and generosity.

Tracy and her family are active and live by the motto, “Work hard, play harder.” Personally, she enjoys spending time outdoors and on the lake with her family and friends.  She loves music, traveling, exercising, watching her kids participate in activities and sports they love and catering to their family dog, Cabo.

Tracy and her family are active supporters of various nonprofits including the Minneapolis Boys and Girls Club, Young Life Youth Ministry, Fire Fighter’s For Healing, Saint Jude’s and Presbyterian Homes (assisted living facility) in Spring Park, MN.
