Betsy joined Thrivent Financial in 2002 as a Financial Advisor. After a few years as an individual practice, Betsy joined forces with the Crossroads Financial Group in 2006 and loves the collaboration that comes from working as a team! 

She works with clients from various backgrounds and at different life stages. She is driven by building relationships, and especially enjoys learning about what makes each client unique.

She grew up in rural Minnesota and has lived in the Twin Cities since college. She is married and loves playing with her two young daughters, being outdoors or on the lake, trying new foods, reading, traveling, playing competitive volleyball, going for bike rides and running. 

Betsy has volunteered with various nonprofits, including serving as chair of the board for Lutheran Partners in Global Ministry, which empowers and educates girls and women around the world. She was a board member of the Gustavus Alumni Association and attends Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Maple Grove, MN.
