Joanna joined Crossroads Financial Group in 2010 and gained her securities and insurance licenses in 2013.  She has served as Administrative Assistant, Investment Service Specialist, and is now Director of Operations for our team.

Joanna is married and has two children whom she forces to play board games with her. She also loves reading, gardening, and music.

Sponsoring children through World Vision is important to her, as well as being active at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church and her children’s school.
