In the summer of 1997, Kyle enjoyed life as a college intern at the St. Paul Agency of Lutheran Brotherhood. After observing the professionals in that office and the way they helped clients make sound financial decisions and plans, Kyle knew he wanted to have a career as a financial planner – it was the perfect way of combining his love of finance and problem solving with his desire to work with real people in a professional relationship. One year later, after graduating from Gustavus Adolphus College, he went to work full-time, and life was good!

Since then, Kyle wakes up every morning excited to get to work. Every day is different, and he gets to work with nice people: What a blessing!

Kyle has been married to Melissa since 2000. Their son, Gordie, attends SW Christian High School, loves to play drums, golf and basketball.  He owns a DJ business and is a caddie at Windsong Farm Golf Club. Their daughter, Sonja, also attends SW Christian and is into hockey, lacrosse, guitar and works at Chick-Fil-A in the summer and on weekends. If you own a trampoline, she will want to be friends. Their family dog is a 12-pound princess named Hazel.

In his spare time, Kyle loves to golf, curl, travel, listen to his kids play music, and try to find the world’s greatest cheeseburger. His family attends Grace Church in Eden Prairie, MN. Jesus is his savior.
