Toni started with the Thrivent Crossroads Group as an office professional in 2007 after staying home with her children during their early years. Starting as a dental assistant out of high school, she moved into health and dental insurance as a customer service rep for several years. Later, she served as an assistant account representative and reports analyst for a preferred provider organization.

Her favorite ways to spend her time outside work are with her grown children, teaching Sunday School, gardening and crafting.
